It provides a structural notation through which observations and measurements can be organised consistently.
A symbol can represent a qualitative observation, a measured variable, or a derived state — provided the source and operational definition are explicit.
State Logger
A prototype instrument for recording I·V·O states over time. It connects the notation to observation, logging and measurement.
